NEW BIRTHS
Except a man be born again…
We see our church primarily growing through new life which is brought about through a wide net of the relationships of all the members who know how to bring people to Christ through sharing their faith.
OUR PATHWAY TO MATURITY
Go and make disciples…
We see an understandable, easily recognizable path that takes the new convert or new member on the journey of transformation towards spiritual maturity.
CHURCH SIZE
And the Lord added to the church…
We see an attendance of 1,500 people with a healthy balance of men and women in a mosaic of cultural, racial, and generational diversity.
LARGE WORSHIP GATHERINGS
With joy they gathered together…
We see many different large gatherings that are characterized as Spirit-filled and passionate where unashamedly voices and hands are raised in celebration and worship with a band and choir fervently leading in complete congregation participation. We see a balance in worship that is neither seeker friendly nor seeker adverse; a worship that is multi-cultural, diverse and relevant.
PREACHING AND TEACHING

We see powerful preaching and teaching that consistently provokes thinking, changes behavioral direction and provides a Biblical worldview through a group of those called and empowered by God.
CHURCH CULTURE
Collective characteristics and values…
We see a people who are authentic, loving, welcoming, non judging, non religious, caring, easy to understand, easy to connect with, accepting but not condoning, free to be themselves, Bible based and together carry a sense of God’s presence while being a bridge and not a fort in the community.
RELATIONSHIPS
Love each other as I have loved you…
We see a people who spend time together building a caring connection as they walk through life’s celebrations and tragedies. We see a people who proactively seize the moment to build relationships based upon a non-judging unconditional love.
SMALL GROUPS
And He chose 12 that they might be with Him…
We see every member connected to one or more small groups that serve as a vehicle for community, relationships, discipleship and care; small groups that create a sense of individual belonging to the entire church.
CHILDREN
Don’t forbid the children to come to me…
We see a strong church conviction that the spiritual and mental development of children is a priority providing a strong extended support system to the family.
YOUTH
Because you have overcome the wicked one…
We see strong youth who are a mirror reflection of the adult church in spirit, relationships, gifts, ministries, prayer and calling; a youth who are continually being prepared and mentored for college and career; a youth who fervently love and walk with God in liberty and purity; and a youth who do not fall away from church life.
